Hot Off the Press: AAU Region 13 National Qualifier Meet

2 Jul 2023 by Rush Athletics -Illinois Rush

What a four-day eventful track and field meet we had! It was a tough meet as Indiana brought some competition. In addition, we battled breathing in poor air quality, rain, and the humidity that followed the rain. We thank all of our parents for holding down the team over the course of competition. Thanks to all of our efforts this weekend but especially on Saturday as we were able to raise funds for the July 22nd meet at the RUSH t-shirt booth — after expenses (materials: t-shirts and transfers) were taken, we successfully raised $600 towards our Medals fund.
