Each athlete/club must register online at
www.coacho.com or through athletic.net. Only online payments will be accepted through coacho.com or athletic.net. Cash, checks, and money orders will not be accepted.
REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
ENTRY FEE: $20.00 per athlete (Relays $20) – NO REFUNDS
LATE ENTRY FEE: $30.00 per athlete (Relays $30) – NO REFUNDS (only accepted July 19th from 9am to 5pm)

ADMISSIONS: Admission $10 for Adults / $5 for Children 6 to 12 / Children 5 and under FREE
MEET T-SHIRTS: Meet t-shirts are available for a pre-sale cost of $10 per shirt. Shirts purchased the day of the meet will be $15 a shirt.
If registering through CoachO.com, please select “NO SHIRTS” otherwise your team/unattached athlete will be charged t-shirts for each of your athletes competing.
Restroom: Restrooms are available.
SEATING & Stadium seating. Sports umbrellas allowed in the upper rows of the bleachers.
TENTS: Teams can choose a tent spot in a designated tent area or select a spot on the top rows of the bleachers.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RESERVE A TENT SPOT.
PARKING: Parking is
FREE!RUNNING EVENTS: Athletes will report to the Clerk of Course for check-in.
FIELD EVENTS: Athletes will report to the field event for check-in.
CONDUCT & Benedictine University stadium and athletic fields are drug, tobacco and alcohol free.
All FACILITY: music must be appropriate music! Pets are not allowed. Athletes and spectators shall conduct themselves in a manner which respects the rights of others and reflects favorably upon the AAU/USATF.
Athletes/Spectators must keep their shirts on (shirtless or sport bras not appropriate for this event – see meet manager if you have a concern).
AWARDS: There will be medals for 1st – 8th place (athletes in 1st -8th place CANNOT receive PR/SR awards).
PR/SR awards for athletes in places 9th and up ONLY with PR or SR listed on athletic.net in results. Team trophies will be awarded along with meet MVP’s and Helen Scott-Owens Prestige Awards presentation.
PACKET PICK-UP: Coaches/Club Athletes/Unattached Athletes can pick up their wristband and bib number at the check-in area identified outside of the stadium
Saturday beginning 8:00 AM with spectators (everyone else) allowed in the stadium at 8:00 AM
CONCESSIONS: LIMITED CONCESSIONS!. Coolers are acceptable – no glass bottles please.
Personal grills & barbeque pits are not allowed on the premises.
Medical assistance will be available. Events will be combined at the discretion of the meet director in order to expedite the overall meet, while ensuring fair competition.
