We are excited to offer our members opportunities to participate in classes, camps, and SPORTS TEAMS hosted by certified coaches.

2024 SUMMER Track & Field  Team

Registration for TRACK TEAM ONLY --> NOW OPEN

Registered track members have access to all training camps for the Spring and Summer seasons.  To be selected for the 2024 AAU/USATF national traveling team, youth athletes must meet team standards.  There will be two timed trials opportunity for national team selection. Training schedule for Country Club Hills location is posted in the Spring/Summer Schedule calendar.  The track team will begin training as May 6th:

  • Sprints  &  Distance
  • Long/Triple Jump
  • Hurdles
  • High Jump
  • Throws (Shot Put, Discus, Javelin)
  • Steeplechase

COUNTRY CLUB HILLS CAMPS

 (REGISTRATION for CAMP ONLY)

  • “NEED FOR SPEED” Sprints Camp (Ages 7Y-18Y):  Program focuses on mobility/ flexibility, quickness, top speed, acceleration, change of direction, agility and sprint form.  Camp dates/times: Mondays at 7:00pm to 8:15pm starting May 6, 2024

PLAINFIELD CAMPS - TBA

  • “NEED FOR SPEED” Sprints Camp (Ages 7Y-18Y):  Program focuses on mobility/ flexibility, quickness, top speed, acceleration, change of direction, agility and sprint form.  Camp dates/times: TBA
  • “SEE ME TAKE FLIGHT” Long/Triple Jump Camp - (11Y-18Y):  Program focuses on increasing technical fundamentals: run ups, take offs and landing in both jumps. In addition, athletes will be guided in their hop steps, step and jump phases of the Triple Jump.  Camp dates/times: TBA
  • Be A Champion” Hurdler Camp - (11Y-18Y): Program focuses on helping athletes develop the skill and technique necessary to become a more efficient faster hurdler, the 3 step rhythm & proper execution of how to run your race.  Camp dates/times: TBA
  • “POWERHOUSE” Throws Camp - (10Y-18Y): Program focuses on helping athletes develop basic or advanced skills and technique in shot put (rotational and glide), discus and javelin. Camp dates/times: TBA

Volleyball Program (TBA)

Rush Volleyball Development Program is for athletes in grades 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th  This program is for athletes who want an opportunity to take their volleyball skills to the next level.
